Visitors to this website agree not to use any information posted here to access, excavate, salvage or otherwise disturb any of the aircraft crash sites described on this website. It is crucial that the aircraft sites remain intact and undisturbed so an archaeologist team can conduct an excavation of the sites to recover the remains and personal artifacts of the personnel who were aboard the aircraft. Recovery and identification of the human remains from these aircraft sites and their repatriation to their families is the purpose of the MIA recovery project.
Crashed Aircraft Site Reports
Full details of each aircraft crash site discovery are entered on a Crashed Aircraft Site Report. This report is available to authorized parties upon their request. In the interest of maintaining the archaeological integrity of these aircraft sites, MIA Recoveries, Inc. reserves the sole and absolute right to determine who is authorized to receive the Crashed Aircraft Site Report. You may submit your request via letter or via the form on the Contact page.
