We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine the itinerary, operations plan, selection of team members, media publicity and all subsequent contracting rights for our expeditions. MIA Recoveries, Inc makes no guarantees or assurances, whether expressed or implied, about the outcome of any of our MIA search and recovery expeditions, and we will not accept any liability for same. Funding donors fully accept that we do the absolute very best we can with the limited resources we have available to work with, and they commit to absolve and release MIA Recoveries, Inc from any/all liabilities or perceived negative outcomes associated with our expeditions.
