MIA Recoveries, Inc will not accept any funding donations or sponsorship funds that have any conditions or stipulations attached.  We reserve the sole and absolute right to determine the itinerary, operations plan, selection of team members, press release and all other news media publicity and all subsequent commercial contracting rights associated with our MIA missions.  MIA Recoveries, Inc makes no guarantees or assurances, either expressed or implied, about the outcome of any of our MIA missions and we will not accept any liability for the same.  Funding donors and sponsors fully acknowledge that we do the absolute very best we can with the limited resources we have available to work with and they commit to absolve and release MIA Recoveries, Inc from all liabilities or perceived negative outcomes associated with any of our MIA missions.
