On 13 July 1943, this aircraft departed Mohanbari, India for Kunming, China. It was on a routine mission over the Hump. Aircraft radioed from the vicinity of Sookerating, India for a weather report at Yunnanyi, China. This call was received by AACS at 1418IST.
Aircraft did not arrive in Kunming. Last report was neither plane or crew has been located. Search for this missing aircraft will continue. Crew believed to be dead. Dead: 4.
